I began selling cars twenty-seven years ago with the vision of owning a business based on honesty, integrity, and respect for others, and that would make the community proud. I wanted to prove that the people at a car dealership can truly care about people and consistently exceed expectations of great customer service. I have never deviated from this mission, as I believe protecting the Nelson name is more important than making money.

The people in Nelson Auto Group family is what makes the difference. That is why most of our business is generated by repeat and referral customers. Our knowledgeable and courteous sales and service people truly listen to you and care about meeting your specific needs--no hard sell and no attempt to sell you on a vehicle or service that you don't want or need. I am also proud of our numerous local and national awards for integrity and ethics, including the Better Business of Central Ohio's Business Integrity Award. I am also excited to announce that the Nelson Auto Group has now donated more than 1 million dollars to various local charities since we began.
